I rarely leave reviews, but I had a disappointing experience here that I wanted to share. I was recently traveling through Charlotte and I stopped into the Club. I've been here several times before and had positive experiences. Well this time, I had to make a quick stop in to get a bit of work done in between flights. I was rushing to leave and I left my blackberry in the Club. (I know, I know, totally my fault!) Well I called later that day when I realized what had happened and was told that they DID find my blackberry in the Club, but they sent it to lost and found. They gave me the phone number for lost and found. To make a long story short, I have been attempting, unsuccessfully, to get my blackberry back for 20 days now. I've left four messages with lost and found, I've called the US Airways Club back twice and I've left a message with the US Airways baggage office. Moral of the story is never leave anything in the US Airways Club. They will send it to the general US Airways lost and found and you will never see it again. Very disappointing. I would've thought the Club had a higher level of customer service.
