I have never in my life seen bathrooms in a department store so bad in my life. Especially at a babies r us where moms go to breast feed.
Tried telling an employee who clearly could care less and acted like that wasn't her job.
Then found a manager (Emily) who said she would take care of it. Ya you probably should because who ever your GM is would be embarrassed if corporate came for a surprise visit!!!
Big time chains are loosing the simplest things that bring customers in their store to make money!
Never returning for more reasons than just a dirty bathroom. Sessional help is worthless.
