Unprofessional and unimpressed! I also bought a groupon for services. I actually purchased two, set up the appointment and when I arrived, I was told that the shipment did not arrive. The person that greeted me was an airhead. She said she tried to call, but couldn't get through and it went to voicemail. What a liar! I can't stand people that just make excuses and she constantly kept saying I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. Lay off the drugs or meds! Secondly, when I was told someone would call back the next day, which was Sunday I thought I'd just wait and see. No one ever called. More days went by so I finally called and was told that they are still dealing with their shipments to NV. The woman that answered the phone was unprofessional and made me feel like I was putting them out. When I called back after almost a week, I was told my appointment would be possibly scheduled for the end of the month or maybe even the next month. Another stupid excuse and poor customer service.
I guarantee I will never go to Desert Plastic Surgery ever again. I will tell everyone I know how poor the service is. I guess a red flag should have been that Desert Plastic Surgery was located in a Salon. I should have known.
Desert Plastic Surgery Center you can kiss my ass and I will be getting my money back from Groupon and I also complained about your business to them!
