I'm posting two stars only for the wine. If you loooove Olive Garden, you'll love Brio. Except in place of bottomless soup, salad and breadsticks, you get one tasteless salad. I ordered the pasta bolognese and a Ceasar salad. Ceasar dressing should have a bite of garlic and the saltiness of anchovies. This mess tasted like it was pre made and sat in the walk-in for a few hours. Equally tasteless, the pasta. Here's a thought- garlic. It's Italian food for Christ's sake. And if your diner does not eat the salad, before removing it, ask if it was ok. And when you sweep your section, look at all your tables to see if your guests need anything before running back to the kitchen. That's just common waitress sense.
