Now-a-days, it's almost a surprise to see great customer service, but at Chapman Jeep, every single encounter I had over the last 3 weeks was absolutely top-notch. I'd like to give specific thanks to Leo Leufkens for his help every step of the way in arranging, following up, and checking up on my engine replacement for my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Leo was always a simple phone call away, and often times he was the one calling me to give an update (not the other way around). Leo was incredibly professional, accommodating, and easy to work with. As a physician, I had very little time to deal with the insurance issues and arrangements for my engine replacement, and Leo did most of that for me. For his selflessness and genuine customer service, I cannot be more thankful. Chapman will be my new home for all my Jeep service needs, and for the next Wrangler I buy. Thank you Leo.
