I am new to mountain biking. My husband is not. We live in Matthews. We decided to buy a bike for me. We shopped around. They have a good selection. The staff was nice enough. We purchased the entire set up. Bike, helmets, gloves, we returned in less than a week to have my husbands bike serviced. Everything in the store was on sale. We had just spent over 1k in this store. I asked the manager if there was any type of price guarentee, seeing signs hanging all over the store stating this. He asked what bike I had bought and said no that bike wasn't on sale. There is a sign hanging there stating ALL BIKES ON SALE. He didn't offer to even give a in store coupon going foward. Bad customer service, I own a business and would do something for a good customer to make them feel better about the experience. I will not be back to this store.
