You get what you pay for. I would only use these guys as the last resort. Worst travel experience ever. First time that I have ever been charged for additional carry on's. Really? An additional $60.00 per carry on? The Phoenix staff was the worst, Denver and Chicago were much better. Sat at the gate in Phoenix for 1 hour after departure time, NO communication with passengers or explanation. Turns out somehow paperwork wasn't submitted or approved for a repair from the previous night. If you are OK with being charged for carry on's, pay to secure even a reserved seats (not upgrades, premiums or first class) just a seat. Pay for any beverage its your kind of air lines. As for me and my family never again. Additionally there is no leg room and oh by the way the seats don't recline. I Hate to be a negative Nancy, but for almost the same money you can travel in comfort on other airlines. A good part of any of my vacations the expense is air fare, to start a trip off like this kinda set the tone. I will travel in comfort and not be subjected to fees for Everything, Every time you turn around. I am One and Done with Frontier.
