It had been a year since I last ate at Savor and I was eager to try the newly renovated restaurant. The interior was very nice and the atmosphere... ON POINT.
When we arrived the place had maybe 6 seated tables. We arrived at 600 pm and immediately placed our drink and app orders.
Within 45 minutes, we had our apps and they were delicious, as I remembered.
The entree took over an hour to reach our table and was mediocre. I ordered the Chicken and Dumpling, and was completely inedible.
The kitchen was so slow that management comp'd our apps and our cocktails.
I am a picky restaurantor and was not happy. There is no way that the meal pictured below should have taken over 1 hour to prepare, pulled chicken, one biscuit and a rue.
I surely hope that when the new condos are completed and occupied that this cook staff has their act together, cause no one will wait this long for this meal.
