I approach customer service. Employee standing tells me she doesn't work customer service. Ok so I wait. Other employee gets off phone then asks if I need help.
Why yes, I'd like to know about the sale on Weber barbecue. She says the other employee who walked away (the gal who said she doesn't work customer service) works in barbecue department.
I walk back there.
The employee is now on her personal cell. I ask can you help me. I asked about the sale.
She had to read the sale, didn't know about the sale. Said, " I guess the $50 applies after the reduction."
She didn't seem interested, I finally lost my patience at someone my age and said, you know I'll go buy it somewhere else. She said, yeah ok.
Waste of my time. I'll buy the $500 Weber somewhere else. I already found two other businesses.
I only spend my money where I'm treated with interest and respect.
