Always have a great experience at Southwest Bimmers. I've taken my 2011 335i in 3 different times now, and they've always done a great job, whether it was for regular maintenance, or for repairs big and small. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. They seem to be honest, and prices are reasonable. They even accept my extended warranty, so I only need to worry about paying my deductible when I bring it in for covered repairs. There's even a nice clean lobby to wait in, with comfy couches, a TV, and WiFi.
