I needed car wash as well as some detailing for my car. I spoke with Nic at the site and he gave me a business card with his cell phone number and told me to call or text on the day when a detailer should be in. I called the number, but no response. Sure, he might have been busy. So, I texted him, but never received a reply. What kind of business conduct/customer service is it? I am not taking my car to this place.
