I have been working with Expert Air for two years now and have them do 90% of our A/C repairs on the 200 homes/condos that I assist with managing. I would recommend them to anyone and to any property management company. They are super quick, very honest, I have had no call backs, the prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is very pleasant to deal with. There was one instance where they quoted a repair at $425 and I approved it. They called back 30 minutes later to say that once they started the work they found it just need re-wired and it would be $200 less. To me that spoke volumes to their honesty.
