Never ever get a car loan from these guys! They are the worst ever! No customer service and so unprofessional. They never answer the phone, Customer service workers and Supervisor Kimberly is terrible. The word they love the most is Unfortunately. They don't do anything to help you, only to get you off the phone immediately and say sorry but unfortunately we can't do much. Then who can? When its time to get the loan you all are so fast on everything, once we get the loan We're screwed? Never getting a loan from these guys. Biggest mistake I have done!!!!! For a client who has been with Wells Fargo for so long does not deserve to waste her time all day on the phones being transferred from one idiot to another. I am extremely upset, words cannot describe. Wells Fargo dealer services you are a big Fail!!!!!!!!!
