I have owned my leather Coach hobo style bag for many years, but it sat in my closet for about the last eight or so because the zipper eventually failed. Coach's lifetime warranty was a bust--they mailed my bag back to me unfixed because they no longer used that type of zipper! I was not happy about that, but I didn't have the heart to throw the purse away, so in the closet it stayed for years.... I recently updated my closet and came across the hobo bag. Enter Mark's luggage repair service. They looked at the purse and gave me an immediate estimate. $45, and about two weeks. They were up front about not having the same chocolate brown zipper, but asked permission to use a black one, instead. I agreed, paid up front, and the call came a week later. I was thrilled. The new zipper is better quality than the original and I couldn't be happier. The stitching is flawless, and the black looks great. They even put the old fob onto the new zipper. I'm very happy with Mark's. All the people there are great.
