Our son's MacBook Air display stopped working overnight without warning. I found Experimac online and called them. Kathy said she'd have a look to see what displays they could find for the unit;. She called back within a few minutes to let me know they had a used display on hand. She quoted a price, which was about $200 less than the Apple store. I took the MacBook to them, they ran a diagnostic to confirm the issue, replaced the display, cleaned the unit and even salvaged the Ole Miss sticker and put it on the new display., all within 2 hours! I couldn't have been more pleased with Kathy and Bob. Their knowledge, efficiency, and above all, customer service was top notch. I highly recommend them for all Apple products.
