This is hands down the best service I have experienced in a long time. I called for a cockroach problem and set up an appointment right away. They came and treated the inside and outside of the house with no down payment or no rush for payment. The spraying comes with a two month warranty, so ANYTIME at all you see another bug, call, and they will come out for free. I ended up having them come again, two weeks later, which eliminated my problem. I received a bill in the mail about 2 weeks after service and just paid over the phone.
You can sign up for a plan (no credit card on file) so they will come out every other month and treat, with the ability to cancel anytime (no contracts). If you can't pay your bill in full on the due date, call them and they are more than happy to extend the date for you, no questions asked.
They are really a family oriented company who care about their clients. One of the rare companies to do so and keep their word these days.
