Design within reach is a true disgrace. They hire people thAT are gone a day later and never a follow through. You tell them not to charge on original card you gave and they charge it before the sofa is in. I have never had such a bad experience as i had with Design within Reach. I ordered sofa in July and now I have to go look for a sofa since they did a crooked thing with my charge card. STAY AWAY IS WHAT I SAY.
