For some reason a package wasn't left by my door like it usually is. This was on the 23rd. I ordered re delivery on the 27th... it never came. I sent in a request by email to find out what happened to my package and got no response. When I sent an agent to pick up the package he was turned away because his address doesn't match the package... even though there's nothing on the slip of paper that requests that. I'm beyond fed up, I work during their open hours and have been waiting on hold now for 30 mins. This is ridiculous
