If it weren't for the 55 min wait from my scheduled appt time for my CTA, I'd give this location a perfect score. The front desk girl was pleasant and addressed people as they walked in, to let them know she would be with them as soon as she could. My tech Kevin was very friendly and professional. I am a very hard stick and usually get at least 3 attempts before anyone can get an IV. Instead of wasting an attempt, he went to get his team member Shane, how obviously is a specialist at this! He was able to get a large bore IV is only one stick! They both deserve kudos or a bonus !! I was very impressed with both of them and their extraordinary work ethic! Good job guys, keep up the good work...that place is crazy busy!!
