Well after waiting 40 minutes past a scheduled time (I gave about two hours notice) I was misquoted prices, ended up paying a ridiculous amount for an unlock service that I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere. Furthermore, the tech quoted me 180 to begin with, and knocked off 40 bucks for the wait, what a nice guy right? No, because I would have definitely decline service if that was the case. Honestly I want to thank you guys for raping me financially, because I'll never forget my keys now. Seriously considering therapy for PTSD after this unprofessional, overpriced experience. Completely unsatisfactory, especially waiting in the Arizona heat.
