This used to be the best car wash but not anymore. I'm sincerely disappointed with the decline in service. Prices went up, they make you drive the car through the wash yourself now and the employee checking me in was curt and cold; just plain rude. They try to push extra services like headlight cleaning or windshield repair and my car is only one year old so it's not heavily pitted at all. I also found a scratch made in the window tint on my sunroof when I left. The soda machine doesn't work anymore so just burnt coffee or water. I'm surprised they even give the Little Trees air freshener for free still but I'm willing to bet they quit that soon too. If you want to use a restroom while you wait, you have to use the gas station's next door which is totally dirty and disgusting. Used to be you would get one free wash on the 10th but I was told it's now the 11th wash that is free. I will NOT come back again. Last one was only an express wash, not even what I had been purchasing which was silver.
