First of all, is this really ramen??? The noodles looked and tasted like spaghetti. I ordered the tenderous ribs ramen. I got 4 small pieces of ribs, which had more fat than meat, a handful of bean sprouts, spaghetti, and some green bits that I couldn't identify. That was pretty much it. Not much flavour in the broth, at least nothing memorable. My bf's tomato and chicken ramen was even sadder. This was our first time at Ajisen, and based on our first meal, I don't think we'll be coming back for seconds.
