DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF ACCURATE DELIVERY IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!!!!
Where do I start...we ordered flowers for my mother and sister in law for Mother's Day. Two separate bouquets for which we paid over $200 for the flowers and delivery. When 4pm rolled around, we called my sister in law to find out if they had received a delivery (because of course it was supposed to be a surprise) she said they had not. We then called Desert Rose. They insisted the flowers had been delivered and even stated that the person who came to the door was African American. When she then asked if my mother in law was African American, I confirmed she was. She then stated well they must have delivered the flowers because how else would she know that. I called my sister in law back. When my sister in law insisted they had not received the delivery, the customer service person then called their driver and learned the flowers had been delivered across the street. She then asked that we send my sister in law across the street to ask for the flowers. Let me stop there so you can think of how unprofessional and tacky that is....No other suggestion, no offer of a refund or do over. Just go across the street to ask for the flowers we ordered and paid to have delivered!
In an effort to salvage Mother's Day, my sister in law walked across the street to ask for the flowers. Sadly, the person across the street insisted the flowers were hers and had her name on them. Important to note, she is 18 and White, so no idea how the earlier information from the driver was so off.
We called Desert Rose back at this point highly upset and disgusted with their unprofessionalism, lack of attention to detail and general lack of concern for their customers. We asked for a refund, which at this point was all they offered and contractually required as the did not provide the goods we paid for.
If the delivery or recipient of your gift is important to you. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
