I feel horrible writing this. I wanted to love this place. I waited and waited for it to open. I went to one of the training days and it was fairly miserable but it was a training day. Waited a few weeks and went back today. First, the seating. Pay attention. You have to choose your seat carefully to avoid snuggling a stranger. Second the staff. Very untrained. I asked to split a popcorn, half with extra butter and half with no butter. Someone other than the server brought out a bowl of popcorn with no butter and an empty bowl. WHAT?? Took way too long explaining the problem, the original server came back and said they're out of butter. I let him know that if there's no butter then clearly I don't want popcorn since I asked for extra butter.... Then he said he'll see what he can do. Magically butter was found 10 minutes later. My burned pizza, however, didn't appear until about 30 minutes after I ordered it. The soda that was ordered at the same time, that took another 10 minutes and questioning the server.
It just seems like there is no process for when food is brought out, like drinks before meals, etc. The food is pretty bad. My pizza was burned, the wings I had the last time were partially raw. I really wish they'd get it together. And get better chairs and tables. Not comfy.
