I just had two terrible experiences here back to back. I have been going to Envy on a regular basis for the past two years, but recently a lot of the nail techs have been changing and they aren't as great as they have been in the past. I was cut by the same nail tech two times in a row now. This past time after cutting my finger the nail tech then filed over the cut even after I told her that it hurt. She only stopped after I started crying. Definitely won't be going back and will be looking for a new regular place.
