This review is coming a year after living on the property.
The pool area is really beautiful and the units are nice. The kitchen has awesome appliances. The fridge has a purification system which is awesome. I love my waterfall shower and huge tub. I really love the anti slam cabinets. The wash room is spacious with plenty of storage.
Maintenance comes ASAP and they are soooooo nice! Always smiling!
First complaint is you must pay for cable, Internet, and security through COX. You can not opt out (well you can but you will still pay). I only use the internet for Netflix. So I'm paying an extra 100 a month for something I don't use. So if your told rent is 1500... nope there's a few extra charges you'll find out about later.
I can hear everything. The microwave popping open and closed can be heard very clearly in the bedroom when the door is closed. So can the ice machine. If your neighbors are playing music, you will hear every word. The security is a joke they rush through at the same time every night. I mean they are lucky they haven't run over someone. They whip through apartments. I have cigarette butts in the rocks and on my door step and I don't smoke. It also smells like dog pee. There were a lot of amenities promised when we first moved in and it took sometime to see them actually put into place. I've had several packages stolen off the doorstep especially around Christmas. When you call the office they NEVER answer and they take quite awhile to get back to you. I was also shocked to see that if we choose to stay our rent will be going up to 1710! Wow!
