Had one cleaning and never went back. I have had very good dental health, hygiene, and only a few fillings over the years. The dentist meets with me after the cleaning and claims I have 8 cavities. She said I need 4 fillings and 2 crowns which were quoted for more than $4000. Skeptical, I paid for my cleaning and left. The receptionist then said "I warrant a second opinion but they're not going to tell you any different." Everything seemed very shady and they were being very defensive. My X-rays took FOREVER and the hygienist stepped on the cord Attached to the mouth piece and it almost was yanked out of my mouth. I know it was an accident, but come on. Was referred to a different lifelong dentist by a family member and went today. He said I have 0 cavities, and maybe a spot or two to watch over the next year. Anyways, whatever happened at AZ smiles was not ethical, and they probably assumed they could take me for a ride. They should be ashamed. Don't go there.
