Isaac is very personable and helpful, this is the second time I've had him fix my phone, I have a habit of dropping it- face down on concrete lol
The process is easy/ fast & smooth. He's very professional, He texted me asking about my screen saying he thinks it's faulty he apologized profusely, explaining how he now has an ex employee who was swiping the $ for the good screens and buying cheap ones- the poor guy has been fixing faulty screens like a mad man for the past two weeks. Thankfully he fired said employee and has a case on him for stealing ( anyone who owns a business know that's a burden a owner may have to deal with) he met me at Starbucks and fixed my screen like new, apologized again ( even though I completely understand) and said to call him if there is anything else he can help with. I absolutely recommend him & Isaac I'm sorry someone took advantage of you and hope karma comes back for them, or Atleast the law! See Isaac he's the best in town, most personable and his awesome protective screen has saved me from having to fix my phone another 15 times Atleast.
