I have been going to Metropolitan Dental for more than five years now. It was recommended to me by a friend and I must say I have had a lot of good experiences here. The receptionists are really good about appointment reminders. They will always call you 2 days before the appointment. They also handle the insurance paperwork efficiently. My dentist is Dr. Plaitis and although I haven't had to see him for any major work or too often, he is very professional and gentle with patients. I also like their dental hygienists. Except for a few time when I have had to wait for over 20 mins for my appointment, everything else has been a breeze at this clinic. They also have a great collection of magazines (National geographic, reader's digest etc.) in the waiting area. I would definitely recommend them if anyone is looking for a reliable clinic.
