These service men are not courteous at all, completely lack any customer service skills. I booked an appointment online for 5:30, mistakenly was at the wrong location, and this location would not take my vehicle. I was informed that both their location and the other, where I booked my appointment, do not take appointments after 5pm. They would not see me and I would have to reschedule, and so I asked if they could connect me with the other location, so that I could ask if they would still take my appointment for 5:30, and the service man provided me with a business card to call on my own. He encouraged me to take my vehicle to this car wash business next to theirs for service.
