Save yourself the hassle and just call Franco, you'll be glad you did. After months of dealing with an incompetent sales manager from Wells Fargo, I took a chance, crossed my fingers, and hoped that the information I found on Yelp about Franco was accurate. So, I made the call, and from our first conversation, he had me sold. Seriously, the guy is golden. Not once did Franco or his assistant, Jen, ever have me wait more than five minutes for a response via email. Franco and his team made this whole home buying process seem so simple...and trust me, he wasn't dealing with stellar credit here, in fact, it was just the opposite, bankruptcy, foreclosure, short sale...you name it, we had it. Oh, and did I mention...we closed a week before we were scheduled to, even after being a week delayed because of the seller?! Yeah...I should be able to rate him 10 stars...
