Absolutely terrible! Estimated time was 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half to get here. He jumped my car and had me sign and then drove off. As soon as he drove off my car died. I had asked him before he left if it would be ok to drive to get a new battery and he said yes. When I tried to call him back and tell him that it died his phone was turned off. What the fuck!? I didn't have a choice in using them because USAA set up the service. I did however call USAA and bitch them out for choosing to do business with such a terrible company. Still sitting here waiting for help...
