I cannot stand this company. Rep on the phone was disgusting and rude, talking over me and refused to help me. Technician was scheduled to come in the evening, NO ONE CAME. Both my husband and myself were unpacking in the front room next to the front door. And when I called to ask why, the rep said sorry, he was there, I'm not sure what else to tell you. And she expected me to be ok with this? The technician lied! When I asked to speak with someone else, she talked over me to get her point across and refused to let me speak with someone else. So I repeated the same sentence over her loud annoying voice. I'm appalled that a company is allowed to treat customers like this.
