This is mixed review. I have been a member since day one. The facility itself is impressive but the service is very poor. This location is very spacious with features that smaller clubs do not offer including squash and basketball courts (which are in constant use and is very popular). The towel service is handy. For the most part, the equipment and cardio machine options are plentiful. Many of the water fountains spew out warm water which is not pleasant. The main issue that I have is the poor upkeep of the space. The staff do not seem to care that there are dumbbells and weights left on the floor all over the place. This is a liability risk for the club and it is a nuisance walking around the club trying to find the 20lb dumbbells - people like taking this size all over the place and leave them instead of returning them. I see a lot of dust bunnies in the workout area and in the change rooms which should be an indication of how often they clean the place. There is a towel bin in the change room which often gets overloaded. The shelves above it get stuffed with used towels and when the shelves can't hold any more, people just throw them on the floor and create a pile. Pretty bad. This is a really nice club and hopefully they will start to take better care of the place.
