These were large, 8 x 8 foot patio doors and it was no easy task to replace the rollers and track. Jeff was able to provide pricing over the phone, rather than via an on-site visit. One price for rollers, another for rollers and repair of track and one for rollers and new base plate. One of the doors did not seal properly and was subsequently taped to reduce heating a cooling costs. Thomas corrected this at no cost while replacing the rollers and track.
