This location will never get my money again. First off the customer service I received today from the young lady at the cashier was so unprofessional. From the time you walk into a place of business/ restaurant. The individual at that front counter will be the person who sets the tone.
The protein pancakes I received were nothing like the pancakes I received before. I didn't even bother eating them on top of the fact that I was already displeased when I walked in. So I ask for a refund & this same young lady that I first encountered at the cashier. Decides to practically throw my money in my hand. As if it wasn't enough that she was rude from the moment I walked in.
Great food chain, but when you have someone like this young lady working at the front counter. Who knows nothing about good customer service. That type of attitude will definitely drive customers away.
