LOVE this place! My husband ran over a tire part at night in my Lexus RX 350. We did not think there was much damage and took it to a different body shop with an estimate of $2600. We were floored. Called our insurance company USAA to place a claim (didn't think we needed to) and they suggested Caliber. We took it in for an estimate and told them our deductible was $1000. We left the car and then they called us back to look at the car on the rack. They worked with us to only repair the necessary items (not driving up our cost and insurance costs) with a cost of $500! The manager, Jeff, came and introduced himself while the car was on the rack and told us that they are a continuous improvement place--always striving to do better. Linda, our adjuster, was awesome. Friendly, accommodating, and great to work with. Most of all, this shop has integrity and shows the ability to do the best thing for the customer while making sure the work is top notch!
