Worst experience ever, the management tries to over charge for everything and even illegally charge your credit card for payments you don't authorize. I had to call customer service line to get the issue resolved as the management was unwilling to resolve the issue.
I was impressed by the Avis Customer Service on the phone though, just have an issue with this location. Never had issues with any other Avis location.
