Only one star because zero is not an option. We attended a wedding at the Crescendo Pools last weekend - unfortunately there is no signage directing people to the location and all the pools are locked up in the fall evenings. I asked for help at the concierge desk and both people had never heard of this venue, so I showed them the hotel's website and photo. They asked the hotel operator/front desk for assistance, and the person on that call had no idea where we should go either. After walking all around the pool areas, my nephew popped out of a closed gate right at the time we were passing. Unfortunately due to this we missed the first part of the ceremony. For what it's worth, he found the location by asking one of the valets, who said "they sometimes have weddings over here...." and managed to open a sliding gate. Once again, no signage anywhere around will direct you to a venue other than the Garden.
Don't let your guests get stressed, go somewhere else to a place that cares about attention to small details.
