I want to love this place.
My fiancé and I arrived here last Tuesday night. It was slow but that might've just been because we came on a Tuesday. We were slightly greeted by the hostesses. The main room had plenty of opened seats but we were seated around the corner by restrooms. We sat down and were given our menus from the grumpy hostess. We concluded that our casual attire was what got us banned from the man dining room. Note to self: wear a furry vest, lots of shiny jewlery and your biggest Louie bag.
Our waiter was awesome. I felt bad that he had to come around the corner every time to check on us! Sorry man, we weren't up to par!!
Now I've been here a few times and the food had always been so-so. I keep coming back because I'm always with someone that hasn't been here. I love Mac n cheese so I always get that because it's pretty hard for a place to mess Mac n cheese up! Playing it safe. My fiancé got the steak and I ordered the linguine and shrimp. My linguine was good, my only complaint was it was a little cold, but I survived. My fiancé enjoyed his steak however, he said he would've rather spent the money at another place where we could enjoy the vibe of the restaurant and not be embarrassed of ourselves. Sheesh!
