These guys are terrible. I called for a guy to come out to install internet. He never came to house as was told he would and never called. I called them and told them to forget it. Guess what??? they sent me a bill for installation and a month's service. Now, mind u, they never showed up and never installed anything. I called them and told them of this mistake. Guess what? they sent me another bill the second month telling me i was past due. These guys are a totally waste of time.
