This place is bad on many levels - a lot of the nail polish bottles are dry and old - the ladies are as rude and disinterested as can be - the quality is below average My nails were filed the way my 3-year-old niece would have done it. When I asked why my nails weren't the same length and why the cuticles weren't removed I got a blank face - as if I was asking for the moon! - then was asked if I wanted them all the same length. My response? "Yes, I believe that's the the norm". I was pissed. Two girls started staring at my nails, talking in their language under their breath and laughing. I was not impressed at all! The way the nail polish is applied is horrendous, yet I tipped her $5. One time I made an appointment, waited around 15 minutes without anyone checking in with me. Finally, when I asked how much longer it will be, I was told to wait another 20 minutes, so I just left. The girls never smile, are always oblivious, and barely speak English, so communication is frustrating. I have been dozens of times because I live nearby, but I'll take my business elsewhere from now on, where standards are met.
