I drove 4 hours from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. A few blocks away from my hotel, my car was making a sound, a rattling sound, not sure how to describe it. So, as soon as I checked in, I asked the front desk agent to find me a good honest repair shop. She took some time to check online and printed me Pep boys near by the hotel. I wasn't sure if she made a good choice, so I went online and checked, and they only had 3.5 stars. So, I checked other shops, but they were all closed, and tough luck for me, it's Friday afternoon on three day holiday weekend. So, I had no choice but to go to Pep Boys. Despite the doubts, my car was fixed as soon as I got there. This nice gentleman opened the hood, asked me to turn on the engine, then turn off the engine... then pull out a paper cup that was stuck near the engine. He didn't charge me a penny and just walked away. He saved my day! Without his honest help, my vacation in the Vegas could have been a nightmare.
