Honestly the whole experience at this theater keeps getting worse each visit. Food quality is poor, price is high, service is way below average. For a family of 3- we bought tickets for $35 which is fine- but then choose to use the "dine in" aspect of this location...the server was friendly at first but service was poor. We ended up spending $75 on food and drinks where the boneless wing basket was laughable- I honestly thought some nuggets had accidentally fallen into our sauce basket and they were bringing us more wings- my sons popcorn came 35 minutes into the movie after I had to ask twice- even though we ordered prior to start of film...and then our waters never came out - so I went to the bar myself and got them. The servers were laughing and chatting amongst themselves in a little kitchen/nook area, yet rarely checked on their patrons. I have worked in pubs, coffee shops, and 5 star resorts... it doesn't matter location- service should always be a priority. Maybe management should do some training of basics. As a theater we enjoy it but if you're offering food and beverage you need to step it up.
