Wow! Just wow!!! I went in today for the "locals special" with sever pain to my lower back. It was one of those pains that makes you dread feeling a cough or sneeze coming on, and was seriously limiting my ability to twist or even stand up straight. Having dealt with chiros and DO's since I was a teenager, I thought I had some SERIOUS twisting and yanking ahead of me. How wrong I was! Dr. Shelly amazingly realigned me with nothing more than gentle pushes and bends. When she said "okay, you're balanced" my immediate thought was, "No way.. that was WAY too quick and not nearly painful enough.. I'm gunna' stand up and feel no differently than when I walked in". But it was the first time in WEEKS I've gotten up from a prone position without contorting to avoid pain. I find myself baffled at the range of motion I have right now; constantly expecting those cramps or twinges to come raging back.. but no... I feel amazing! Thank you Dr. Shelly! I had no idea getting back "in balance" would be so quick and painless! I will see you again soon!
