Just closed on an 850k 80/10/10 in chandler. Bob Waseiko made it happen!
I'm not sure they are the cheapest game in town, but Bob was always a phone call/text away and the responsiveness was fantastic. I value being able to talk to my lender when I need him!
Bob was also honest and forthcoming about everything along the way.
Bob got my credit score up 20 points without spending a penny :)
Bob also had to step in after my agent recommended a guy who flopped week one...I hope my real estate agents appreciate Bob, without him I would not have bought this house.
If your real estate agent didn't recommend Bob, tell them they should and call him direct.
