I love coming to this office to see Dr Joyce Chang. She is really nice and she took care of my daughter's acne problem. I wish they kept Brandi her aesthesian. My daughter and I miss her professional services. I would have given this office a 5 star if the personnel assigned to the front office are not rude. They put me on hold twice for 30 mins and never came back to pickup the phone. I called and left a nice message why I am calling but no one returned a call. The ff day I called again and spoke to someone and disconnected the call. I called again and tried to get the name of the person I was talking just in case we get disconnected. The person will not give her name even on my first disconnected call. But because of my frustration with them. I INSISTED to get her name. Her name is 'Inka'. In addition, prior to this BAD experience, I was told by the person taking their appointments at that time that I can only see the doctor for only upto 2 reasons due to billing purposes. But because I love Dr Joyce Chang, I gave them another try. IF this happens again. I am changing and moving to another medical group.
