This review is based on the customer service and not the quality of donuts as I couldn't even make enough progress with them to try one. I called to get pricing on donuts for a large order, 700 donuts to be exact. A lady answered who was very difficult to understand. I asked to speak to a manager since this wasn't your typical order and she rudely says "We don't have a manager" and hangs up the phone. I call back thinking maybe our call got disconnected and she hung up again! I tried calling back and there was no answer. Sorry Ace Donuts, you missed out on a great order for a high profile client due to your lack of customer service.
