As a tenant who has had a relationship with this company for several years, I can say that I have never had anything but good experiences with everyone at Valley Income Properties. The best part about working with Valley Income is that they actually treat you like a person, Jeff and Mike are extremely personable and responsive to any request or complaint I've ever had. The maintenance crew responds within 48 hours of a service call, all I ever have to do is ask for pest control and they send a professional company out asap, and the landscaper (Carlos) does an amazing job at keeping our community in tip top shape!
I have lived in 2 of their communities and both of them have been filled with long term residents, many of whom have lived there for 10 year or more. If you are familiar with apartments, that should speak volumes about the type of company they run and how they treat their tenants.
I have never felt like just another number on a spreadsheet with any of their staff. They know me by name, they respond when I call or email, and overall they have always treated me like person instead of a "renter." The men and women who work at VIP are a great bunch of people, I would (and have) recommended them to any friends or family who ask!
