Terrible service with fair at best food.
I was here for a conference and called down to the Cafe to make sure Cafe Express was open and I could get a quick cup of coffee. I was assured that they open at 8. I showed up at 7:58 and was told that they are supposed to open at 8, but it will be 8:15 or so when I could get my cup of coffee. What?
Went to the regular Cafe and the line was at least 20 minutes and completely inefficient.
Had breakfast at the Cafe the day before and it was awful. I ordered the bagel with salmon and cream cheese. The bagel was ice cold, there were no capers, they provided a packet of Philly cream cheese that was insufficient for the bagel and the tomatoes were mushy and gross. The whole meal went in the garbage.
I asked to speak to a manager and after waiting 5 minutes, I left.
Super lame for a supposedly high end hotel.
